Shipping Policy

At PawPastic, the shipment of your order is our highest priority. Every day, we dispatch a wide range of pet products to happy customers across the United Arab Emirates.

Please note that we currently only ship within the UAE. Since most of our partner warehouses are internationally based, our shipping and handling times may vary, and we are therefore unable to offer next-day delivery at this time.

Processing Time:
Once your payment is confirmed, your order is immediately forwarded to our suppliers for verification, tailoring (if applicable), quality checks, and packaging. This process typically takes 1–4 business days.

Shipping Time:
After processing, your order is shipped to your UAE address. Standard delivery time is 10–15 business days, although actual delivery times may vary depending on the location and shipping conditions.

Tracking:
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, which you can use to monitor your delivery status on our tracking page
Please note that while most of our shipping partners provide tracking services, we cannot guarantee tracking availability in all cases.
